Nitro stalemate with Lexington Landsharks

Nitro seem to have found the fire they've been looking for all season. When facing league leaders, Lexington Landsharks, on Sunday night, they found themselves in the lead for nearly the entire second half. With goals from DJ Sanders, Andrej Novakovic, and Ryan Butts, Nitro continue to find the back of the net. Lexington's pace up top is what secured a point for the Sharks. Irumva found himself a brace, but it was Florene's goal in the 87th minute that finalized the match in a draw. While Nitro were able to keep the league leader for goals Amadi Mubelela scoreless, it was not enough for the three points. Nitro continue this week with matches on Wednesday night in Dayton, OH, and the final match of the season on Sunday vs Valhalla FC.
